We’re super jazzed to host winemaker and former Fair Isle Brewer, Nick Simmons for the unofficial launch party of Vorel wines in Washington on Saturday November 18th starting at 4pm. Nick will be here pouring three of his wines and two beers he made while at Fair Isle that use grapes from the same vineyards as his wines.

“Tiny batches of wine composed of grapes sourced from all over the mighty Pacific Northwest. In the cellar, we implement a blend of old and new world techniques, with a dash of methods pulling from a near decade of experience in farmhouse/mixed culture brewing.

There is no fining, no filtering and no added sulfites. Just raw materials, the nuanced beauty of spontaneous fermentation and many working hands. Striving to achieve an expression of time, place, as well as technique. Simply meant to be enjoyed and hopefully meant to inspire”
