Founded by chef, consultant, and community builder Leah Hernandez, LadaNada brings scratch made empanadas filled with soulful, comforting, and culturally rooted flavors and  savory classics.

Leah has built a loyal following through her pop-ups, food programs, and partnerships across Seattle, sharing food as a pathway to connection, healing, and happiness. Recently featured on Besa Gordon’s “Almost The Weekend” show, Leah continues expanding her reach in the Pacific Northwest, serving joy one empanada at a time.

She is excited to bring her craft and high-vibe spirit to Fair Isle Brewing and looks forward to feeding the community with flavor and heart.
