Salacia Release with Blue Dot Sea Farm
Join us on Friday April 5th as we host Blue Dot Kitchen for the release of Salacia, a saison brewed with malted spelt and sugar kelp grown in the Hood Canal from Blue Dot Sea Farm to raise awareness and support our local marine ecosystem.
Our kitchen with 49th Street Beast will be showcasing kelp on the menu and we’ll be donating $1 of every pint to the Puget Sound Restoration Fund.
