Join us today, for an evening of Kelp and Oysters with the release of Salacia!

Salacia is a saison brewed with malted spelt and sugar kelp grown in the Hood Canal from Blue Dot Sea Farms to raise awareness and support our local marine ecosystem. @lamarea_seattle will be shucking oysters from @baywatershellfish that grow on the kelp we used and cooking up unique dishes made with Sugar Kelp from the farm.
