Onigiri Sanzan handcrafts Japanese rice balls, called “onigiri”, using premium rice varieties imported directly from Sanei Farm in Yamagata Japan. Our rice is freshly milled before cooking, and carefully steamed and cooled before being molded with a variety of traditional fillings and wrapped in seaweed.

All of our fillings are sourced locally, or imported from Japan, and we carefully prepare each filling to be balanced with the flavor and texture of the rice.
