Babalio Taiwanese  was founded to showcase lesser known and represented aspects of Taiwanese cuisine. Through our food and hospitality, we aim to capture the traditional flavors and share the stories behind the dishes on our menu.

 

Menu Highlights

After a trip to southern Taiwan, I look forward to recreating some of my favorite dishes from that region; rich in seafood, also light and sweet, a perfect menu for early fall.
