Chef Sessions pt 8: Cafe Lolo

Cafe Lolo is a pasta stand at farmers markets, run by husband and wife team Leah Engel and Alex Halmi, that makes pasta with house milled grain from Bluebird farms and pairs it with seasonal and local produce with a menu that changes every week. Our menu at Fair Isle will be focused on local grains and produce.
