Siembra celebrates Colombian and Peruvian flavors and PNW ingredients. What started as a family-run pop-up in their family’s home during the pandemic is now a mobile food business that offers catering, collaborations, and wholesale food.

 

Menu highlights

Arepas – corn griddle cakes that they stone grind from scratch with local corn. Arepas are stuffed with meat, seasonal veggies, cheese and sauces, with special sides like ceviche and more.
