Chef Sessions pt 3: Cavatelli Project

We’re bringing our unique take on handmade pasta paired with flavors inspired by the Lowcountry of South Carolina. We’ll be serving up seasonal, Southern inspired ragus born from Cooper’s roots on the saltwater marshes of South Carolina and Ryan’s passion for Italian cuisine (and his knack for turning just about anything into a ragu). They’re crafted with love and paired with our favorite pasta—cavatelli!

Menu Highlights

High on the Hog Cavatelli pasta, pulled pork ragu with South Carolina Mustard BBQ sauce, topped with pickled mustard seeds.

Low Country Chop Salad  Crispy Benton’s Country Ham, chicories, little gems, pecans, gouda, Sea Island Red Peas, red onion, mustard vinaigrette.
