Fair Isle welcomes cheesemonger Izzy Creveling for a night of beer and cheese pairings on Thursday, August 18th from 6:00-8:00pm.
Tickets will include a delicious beer and cheese pairing, comprising 5 unique cheese varieties coupled with an array of special cellared Fair Isle saisons. Izzy will guide us through a wide range of flavor profiles in cheeses, and how these notes harmonize with some of our different oak-aged offerings. Come along to explore the time-tested tradition of beer and cheese pairing, and expand your palate along the way.
Izzy has worked with cheese for over a decade, beginning her cheesemonger career behind the counter for several purveyors around the country. She moved to Seattle a number of years ago and now works with the wonderful importer and distributor Peterson Cheese, and is excited to share her knowledge with you all!
