I fell in love with poke on my first visit to Hawaii 15 years ago. While on a tour around the beautiful island of Oahu, I kept seeing ”Poke” signs everywhere. After sampling a couple of different types, I was hooked! I’m from Seattle and have always had a love for the mobile food scene.
My dream has been to open my own mobile Poke eatery.

My mission is to bring the Aloha spirit to the Pacific Northwest through fresh, healthy Hawaiian food on-the-go.
