Featuring down under hops provided by Crosby Hops, Rutherford is the logical next step in our foray of blurring the line between IPA and saison. It retains the signature dryness of our house culture while showcasing the potent, fruity hops symbolic of the Northwest.

The stars of the show are Australian Enigma and New Zealand Wakatu, added both on the hot side and as a hefty dry hop, which present an unmistakable bouquet of ripe red berry aromas. Rutherford presents a pillowy mouthfeel with notes of herbs, raspberries, red currants, and citrus, followed by a soft bitterness on the finish.
