Five years in, Lora has become one of our favorite expressions of process and possibility.

Using fruit from Waldo, Tove, and Val—cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and boysenberries—we take inspiration from piquette, rehydrating and refermenting the fruit to capture what remains after its first use.

The result is something distinctly its own: a bright, effervescent saison layered with fresh berry character, subtle herbal notes, and a hint of almond from a small portion of oak-aged farmhouse ale.

A simple grist of Eastern Washington grain keeps the beer light and focused, allowing the nuance of the fruit to carry through.
