Batch g is an oak-aged ale steeped with a blend of foraged wildflowers. While we’ve worked with similar ingredients in the past, this is the first Fair Isle beer focusing on a medley of these delicate flavors in harmony with our mixed culture.

Yarrow leads on the palate, with a supporting cast of Calendula, Chrysanthemum, Dandelion, and Elderflower lending soft floral aromas. The act of drying these flowers before brewing allowed us to preserve an ephemeral moment and save it until now, when the feeling of warmth and the sight of blooming fields has faded.
