Eight weeks ago the good folks of Craft Canning came by and packaged our first ever can-conditioned saison, Fay Fuller. Named after the first known woman to climb Mount Rainier, Fay Fuller is our salute to all the women who have broken boundaries and summited mountains.
Fay Fuller is a dry saison with notes of grapefruit pith, mango and herbs. Fermented and conditioned for eight weeks with our house culture of wild and feral yeasts and bacteria. Unfiltered and naturally conditioned.
