Ariana
a Farmhouse IPA featuring Hallertau Blanc and Ariana
Continuing our foray into Farmhouse IPAs is Ariana, focusing on a couple exciting German-grown hop varieties. Processed by the great Crosby Hops, the fruity and herbal aromas of these hops pair beautifully with our house yeast culture for a dry, style-blurring beer that we’re truly excited for you to try.
Ariana started with a soft, lean malt bill of Fritz Pilsner and Malted White Wheat from our friends at Skagit Valley Malting along with the second-use Mosaic hops from Bobbi. This set the stage for a dry-hop of the Hallertau Blanc and Ariana, drawing out fantastic notes of black currant, juicy red grapefruit, floral geranium, and slight hit of woody vanilla.
Whether you’re after a hoppy saison or a fruit-forward IPA, Ariana covers all the bases! We hope you love it as much as we do.
