a saison with foraged Saskatoon berries

Amelia is a 5.2% saison with buckwheat grown in the PNW by Kisler Farms in the Olympic Peninsula and refermented on foraged Saskatoon berries. Saskatoon berries are a type of Pacific serviceberries with notes similar to blueberries, sweet and a hint of nutty almond. Amelia is dry, earthy and with candied strawberry notes!
