WE'RE OPEN FRIDAY NOVEMBER 29TH NOON TO 10PM

Let us serve you a beer

We are a brewery and all-ages taproom and restaurant in the Ballard Neighborhood of Seattle creating farmhouse beers rooted in the place we live. We have 18 taps pouring our farmhouse ales, lagers, guest beer, wine, cider, and bottles available for onsite enjoyment and to-go

Welcome to our new Restaurant!

From our inception, we've been crafting beers that foster a deeper connection to local farms and the people who steward them by utilizing local ingredients. This philosophy extends seamlessly to our food. The beer, inspired by local ingredients, inspires the food in return, creating a cohesive and innovative menu that perfectly marries brew and meal.

Cheers!

Current chef residency:

Tacos Extranjeros!

Tacos Extranjeros represents a vision of bringing true Tijuana style tacos to the city of Seattle. They specialize in adobada: deeply marinaded pork shoulder sliced directly from a massive trompo and utilize live charcoal to cook proteins such as carne asada, whole grilled birds, and more. From corn tortillas made from scratch, and to more classic taco offerings, we look forward to bringing various specialty options throughout the year.

Join us every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as we host Bo and Liz of Tacos Extranjeros!
