We create beers focused on the Pacific Northwest
We focus on thoughtful lagers and saisons brewed with our house culture of wild and feral yeasts and bacterias that express the bounty of ingredients in the northwest. We live in a place where there’s not just great hops but several craft maltsters producing a wide range of malt, wonderful fruit grown a short distance away and several different geographical areas that offer an enormous selection of foraging opportunities.
Whoop Whoop! We picked up two medals this year at the 2023 World Beer Cup!
Tove, our oak-aged beer refermented on Washington grown blackberries grabbed a bronze and Knitting Circle Season 3 batch c (S3.c) won gold! Swing by our taproom to enjoy a glass of Tove or head over to The Knitting Circle and join the waitlist for Season 5.
